Giới thiệu về Hội Trầm hương Việt Nam

Hội Trầm hương Việt Nam (sau đây viết tắt là Hội) là tổ chức xã hội – nghề nghiệp của các doanh nghiệp, tổ chức và công dân Việt Nam hoạt động trong lĩnh vực trầm hương theo quy định của pháp luật, tự nguyện thành lập nhằm mục đích tập hợp, đoàn kết hội viên, bảo vệ quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp của hội viên, hỗ trợ nhau hoạt động có hiệu quả, góp phần vào sự phát triển kinh tế – xã hội của đất nước.

Hội Trầm hương Việt Nam được thành lập theo Quyết định số 23/QĐ-BNV ngày 11 tháng 01 năm 2010 của Bộ Nội Vụ và Điều lệ Hội được Bộ Nội vụ phê duyệt theo Quyết định số 688/QĐ-BNV ngày 23 tháng 06 năm 2010.

Hội Trầm hương Việt Nam có tư cách pháp nhân, có con dấu và tài khoản riêng; hoạt động theo quy định pháp luật Việt Nam và Điều lệ Hội (sửa đổi, bổ sung) năm 2023 đã được Bộ trưởng Bộ Nội vụ phê duyệt tại Quyết định số 1086/QĐ-BNV ngày 29 tháng 12 năm 2023.

Hội Trầm hương Việt Nam hoạt động trong phạm vi cả nước, trong lĩnh vực trồng trọt, cấy tạo trầm, sản xuất, chế biến, kinh doanh dịch vụ, cung ứng xuất – nhập khẩu, nghiên cứu khoa học công nghệ và các sản phẩm, dịch vụ khác liên quan đến ngành nghề trầm hương theo pháp luật của nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.

Hội Trầm hương Việt Nam chịu sự quản lý nhà nước của Bộ Nội vụ; Bộ Nông Nghiệp và Phát triển Nông thôn và các Bộ, ngành khác về lĩnh vực Hội hoạt động.

The Vietnam Agarwood Association (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) is a socio-professional organization of Vietnamese enterprises, organizations, and citizens engaged in the agarwood industry in accordance with the law. The Association was voluntarily established with the purpose of uniting members, protecting their lawful rights and interests, providing mutual support for effective operations, and contributing to the socio-economic development of the country.

The Vietnam Agarwood Association was established under Decision No. 23/QĐ-BNV dated January 11, 2010, of the Ministry of Home Affairs. Its Charter was approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs under Decision No. 688/QĐ-BNV dated June 23, 2010.

The Association has legal entity status, its own seal, and bank account; it operates in accordance with the laws of Vietnam and its Charter (as amended and supplemented in 2023), which was approved by the Minister of Home Affairs under Decision No. 1086/QĐ-BNV dated December 29, 2023.

The Vietnam Agarwood Association operates nationwide in areas including cultivation, agarwood inoculation, production, processing, trading and services, import-export supply, scientific and technological research, and other products and services related to the agarwood industry in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The Association is under the state management of the Ministry of Home Affairs; the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; and other ministries and sectors relevant to its areas of operation.
